I'll say my answer is yes because, I've seen ladies who do wear but not just that alone wearing a friendship ring makes a lady, there is always this elgo-rise yah am in love with this guy and he loves me too that's why she is wearing the ring to like as a sign of the love she have for the guy and the rest of it.

I don't but there is nothing wrong with them. Just like a wedding band is a symbol of love, a friendship ring is a symbol of friendship.

I don't wear one but I believe I might have on in my sack of 145 rings that I have... Dont have that many fingers.
