If you have tight fitting Capri's you can pair that with a button down collared shirt preferably solid color. If you have a kerchief (maybe you can borrow moms) and tie that around your pony tail in the back. For shoes, you can wear white skips or Keds or any flat shoes.

Put your hair in a ponytail and tie a scarf around it. Wear a shirt with a round collar and a very full skirt with lots of petticoats or lace under it. Wear ballet flats.

try a white oxford button down, though it depends on the pants - and throw on a waist-cinching belt over the pants and shirt and a string of pearls. what pants and shoes are you planning on wearing? i can help out more if i know that.
