Math, like everything else in life is hard, if you want to do well in it. Like a sport, math requires practice, and the more you practice the better you will get at it. Of course there are people who will naturally do better in certain areas than others.
I suspect that if math brings out the angry side of you, you aren't enjoying it. If that is the case, perhaps you should back down and try brushing up on easier math than you are working on now.

Maths will be harder and harder as you advance your school.
Some people enjoy the challenge, and someone don't.
You may be frustrated but don't let it get you. You know it is just the matter of time you can beat it. And the good thing is that once you learn to beat it, you will truely owe the math problem.
Math is like a sport, which exercise your brain. More you do math problems, the more powerful and stronger is your brain.
The problem you are facing may be two folds.
1) Your temper is getting in the way. You must be patients when a problem surface.
2) May be it is the way you learn. If you fully understands the principles of the Math, it will help you to think it through and get you the problem straighten.
All I can say is that, you must learn to overcomes it.

You have to find the right book to suit your level and work up from there.
Warning: High School math books typically leave out important material for the purposes of "leaving something left for the teacher to teach". What that boils down to is gaps in logic that most people could not cross unless they had a teacher to help them.
College texts have been going that route the past few years for profit purposes, so they can sell you a $25 study guide or solution guide.
The best thing to do is to go to a well stocked library and invest a few hours thumbing through the texts to find one that suits you.

Math is not ease. Math is not hard. Nothing wrong with you, specially. Why does somebody find Math ease? The answer is just the same for: why does somebody find Music ease? All depend on personal tendencies... but we can change ourselves. You can learn Math and begin to find pleasure in solving problems as a beginner musician. Math, as Music require concentration and ordering of thought and our schools do not teach us this practice since we are young.

Math would be easier if you had better teachers. Seeing that most of your teachers are incompetent, you need to motivate and teach yourself.

it's very hard if you don't concentrate hard enough. if you misunderstand an earlier basic lesson, then it's next to impossible to understand math.
