Does anyone know some creative ways to announce to your FAMILY that you are pregnant?

I would agree with the family get together thing and Play shereds and for the topics try.

they should have the hint after number 2 if not three will be a lock.

If it's a first grandchild Mom may faint tho so have a cushion on the floor..lol

If this is your first baby then a fun way to tell them is to have a get together and then get shorts made maybe with an ultra sound pic and it can say "We're having a baby" but have a jacket on and then take it off and see how many people notice :)

I told my mom and the rest of my family in a card. It happened to be mother's day and I addressed the card to "grandma." You could just get a "thinking of you" or "thank you" card and put it to grandma and grandpa, etc. Make them read it out loud and then the family will know. Obviously, this will only work if it's your first child and they are going to be grandparents for the first time. Otherwise, get creative and say something in the card like how would you like to have two grandkids? etc. Good luck and Congrats!

Im not sure of a website that you can go to but im sure if you buy a parenting book you will find it. But you can order nestle crunch bars with boy or girl and have a name put on it. Why not order one to pass out to the family in both colors that just say were pregnant. that would be fun.

Invite the whole family to a New Grandparents party and get them things like books to read to the Grandchildren. worlds best grampa t shirts etc. You could send out invetations etc. make up a " sign in" book that says when I was your age I had to .... So that they will have something to tell the grand child ( like i had to walk 50 miles uphill to get to school ) It could all be a lot of fun

YEAH I HAVE A GOOD AND CREATIVE WAY U CAN CONTACT A TV COMPANY TO BROADCAST IT WHEN THEY R WATCHING THERE FAVORITE PROGRAM OR PUBLISH IT IN THE LOCAL NEWS PAPER OR RADIO, FAILING THAT U CAN ALSO TELL THEM BY AN ADVERTISING PLANE ITH A BANNER ON , THESE FLY FAIRLY LOW AND PASS BY THE PLACE U WANT FOR A SET PERIOD OF TIME AND ARE FAIRLY CHEAP IN COMPARISON TO THE REACTION U WILL GET . HOPE THIS HELPS ALL THE BEST STEPHEN.XX

give them a pic of the ultrasound

i asked mine if it was ok for my neice to be an only grandchild for only 9 months. (she was due anyday when I found out).

give them a grandparent, uncle, what not book (whatever fits their role)

give them a christmas list and have baby things on it.

ask them to help you pick out a name and show them a baby name book

have a nursery decor catalog with you and ask them to help you pick out something

tell them to look at your belly now, because it's about to grow...a lot!!!

Ask one of the girls in your family to go shopping with you and take her to a maternity store

My friend gave a family dinner, then gave her Mom a present. In it was a baby photo album. The screams started from there.

I saw a really cute way. But it only works if one of your parents is having a birthday soon, and it's their first grandchild. The couple sang Happy Birthday to her dad, and they said "Happy Birthday dear Grandpa!" and it took him a minute, and realized it meant they were having a baby! I thought it was really sweet and fun!
