You probably have a virus, or you probably just deleted your temp Internet files or cookies. Its not a bad thing if you did, your Comp. just stores fragments of the web pages for future reference. scan your comp for any viruses, this may help. Good luck!

1. What I always do first is scan my computer for viruses and spyware. That's usually the biggest reason why the connection slows down.

2. Delete temporary internet files. Open internet explorer, click on tools, internet options, and delete files. Where you're there, also click on delete cookies, and clear history

Try these two and see what happens.
