You can't 'cure' any kind of virus. Either your body fights it off naturally, or it stays. Obviously, you will get rid of this bug, even if it takes a while.
If you've been sick since last week, you may want to make a doctor's appointment -- just in case you're afflicted with something more serious than a stomach virus.
Otherwise, buy those children's frozen pops. There are some brands made specifically for these situations {Pediapop?}. They can keep you hydrated if you down one every three or four hours.
Just be gentle with your body, and try to keep the fluids coming in as best you can. Rest a lot!

Go see your doctor. You shouldn't be sick for a whole week.
While you're waiting:
Peppermint is a good thing for an nauseated stomach. Suck on one peppermint candy after another.
Chilled Mylanta Premium (or whatever it's called) soothes on contact, and will have more effects in an hour of taking it.
Lay down and get some rest! Keep a disposable bin (butter bucket, plastic ice cream bucket) by your couch or bed or whatever just in case.
And for diarrea(sp?), usually I just let it take it's course, helping it along with fruit juice and bland foods. Since you've been having it for a week, however, you do need to see a professional.

you MUST BE KNOWING THAT THE HUMAN DODY CONSISTS OF 60 % of water out of which 40% is BACTRIA ,both good and bad are in the body along with the viruses. Now coming to your stomach pain and if it is in the lower abdomen ,and you are going many a times to the bathroom to relieve your self but much does not happen then you should call on the doc and ask him to prescribe an antibiotic to get rid of the bad virus/Bactria ,you should be back in action in 3 to 4 days as the course is for 5 days that is total of 9 days ,Beware not to eat and drink unhygienic contaminated stuff outside which is the main cause to this type of problems.wishing you to get well soon.

You can beat a flu virus quicker by boosting your immune system. There are many immune boosting herbs but the best ones for this is a combination of echinacea augustifolia and goldenseal. Also, slippery elm will sooth the digestive tract.

Viruses have no cure. Antibiotics have no affect on them. Your body will eventually fight it off with a little time. It's miserable, i know. If you are still experiencing your symptoms after about a week then i recommend that you go see your doctor because it may be something more serious.

you can try neem tea or tincture. it's pretty bitter, but it has the capacity to stop viruses. the theraneem is encapsulated extract. i wouldn't recommend dry herb capsules because they are hard to digest. also grapefruit seed extract (though only nutribiotic brand because others aren't tested properly) has the same capabilities. i suggest searching them out on line first.
