Dustin in the Wind is a GREAT start, but I suggest Classical Gas by Mason Williams. It kind of has a Spanish fluency to it. Here is a link to youtube, though not the best quality: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t32V7dr0BzM

Recommend some Lenny Breau.
"The Hallmark Sessions" recorded 1961 never released until 2003 because it was lost for over 40 years. The rhythm section Rick Danko and Levon Helm later to join The Band.
This CD has jazz/blues and some flamingo.
