OK. So i have an AMD Athlon with 1,5 GHz Processor,246 of MB RAM nd 16 MB of Video Card but i don't think my Video Card Supports 3D or Open GL.So what do you think will Grand theft auto 3 work on my computer or will i have any problems whit it?

No.
THE REASON:
If it doesn't say approved for PC/CD ROM then it doesn't work. At least not yet. There is a thing called Project 64 which is an emulator so you can play old games so maybe they would have it on coolroms.com

The people above don't seem to know what you're asking. I'm sure you were curios as to the specs of the PC version. They are as follows;

System Type PC
Required OS Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000, Microsoft Windows XP
Required Memory 96 MB
Required Disk Space 500 MB
Required Processor Class Pentium III
Required Processor Speed 450 MHz
Other Requirements 8x CD-ROM, Microsoft DirectX 8 or Higher

But based on your summary of your PC, you have enough power behind your processor, you just need a video card. Make sure to buy the right type, PCI (white slot) or AGP (brown slot). I'm happy with ATI cards.

No. Time to upgrade or get new computer. I have done this 3 times in the last 5 years.

no because it's a ps or xbox games and they don't function the same as a computer does
