If you still go to school and your American most schools probably started already... just talk about yourself... and stuff.... other girls will start to be your friend and stuff... If you in out of college and school just 'accidentally' bump into someone with like 1 thing in there hand and greet yourself... if you dont get a ***** you will probably become his or her friend... this always works...
Just show everyone who u are... dont hide it all...people dont like it

baby girl, making friends is easy to do. finding good friends is hard. here is an easy way, say" hi, how's going". it's pretty harmless greeting. see how people respond to it then go from there.
