Because he doesn't care. Since he cannot and will not run for re-election, he has no reason to care about his popularity (or more accurately, lack thereof).

I don't know... the majority of people want strong closed boarders and no amnesty, but he seems to want a broader immigration plan. Hopefully, in this case, the legislators will follow the will of the people and build a fence along the border and send the illegals home.

US president does not want to listen his own citizen because he is conceited,puffed up and swollen with pride/.He is boasting himself He is a braggart and swanker.He is a headstrong or obstinate and stubborn man.He is a tyrant.He conviced himself that his action is right.He is satisfied when others have difficulties and misery.He is glad when someone who is called a terrorist was killed. although by murdering him there were many innocent people were killed also.He is pride when someone praised him.He is exited when his enemy crying and dying.

he DOES, that's how we got into this fix. He asked us to tell him if we wanted to help Iraq go democratic, we agreed. He told us if we went in it would not be easy and we would be there for many years, and we really have to want him to send in the military...and we said yes, do it.
