I was thinking of adding Speech to my website(instead of just braille, so that a person who is blind and who's browsing the site will be able to listen to the website. What I want to know, is do they have the same keyboard as a person who is not blind? I want to give them the option to use shortcut keys at anytime while browsing.

That is kind of a good, question, and I have actually seen a keyboard like that before, but there is no real mass market one for sell. Now to get it that way on your website would be tricky, maybe you can start inventing voice recaniton software for your Website, so people can use a microphone to get around your website.
