how many skin tones can you chose from on all the sims 2 games

Four built-in skin tones for Sims 2.
- white/caucasian
- one is slightly tan or medium asian
- one more tannish - hispanic or Italian
- a medium black skintone

The skins above a very basic and okay but some people have made very artisitic skins that look almost like photos rather than cartoons and you can download these.

I have about 50 some custom skin tones now (more than I want!). Some I chose, and some came with downloads of sims when I only wanted the hair, or clothes at the Exchange but I haven't deleted them the ones I don't use yet.
- some of these have tattoo on the arm or shoulders or hips
- some have piercings or scars
- some are custom made to resemble someone (one is Capt Jack Sparrow)
- some are alien, skeleton, or robot colors wild like leopard or tiger striped skins
- some are custom skins to look very realistic black in lighter and darkest shades, pearly colored glowing skin etc... people do a lot of cool things.

There are only three skin tones. White (pale), Light Brown, and Dark... Its sucks but there is not in between.. lol
