heck yeah!!
as long as there is no thunder/lightning...my son and I go run through puddles.
when we were kids, my sisters and I used to go out on a downpour and wash our hair...LOL

Hmmm good question, yes I love to play when it's raining outside. I also love to play outside in the rain, and I especially love to play with friends when it's raining outside. How about you?
