At the moment, Southern Belles. A lighthearted romantic romp. I think it would be considered an indy....
Musicals - ugh! Take a perfectly good movie and inject it with song. Shudder! The only musical I can stand is that episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Drama - The Wicker Man (the original, not the lame-o remake which may not even have come out yet).
Comedy - What movie always makes me laugh.....Men in Black tickles me. So does Dogma.
Action - I don't know that there's such a thing as a good action movie! At least not one that you remember two days after seeing it. I'm drawing a blank anyway.
Sci-fi - mmmmmm
Actor - I'm changing my answer to Anna Faris. She's the only one who springs to mind at the moment, because she's in Southern Belles. The only other thing I've seen her in is the Scary Movies. Based on that, I don't know that one would conclude she's a great actress. But watching her in SB, she was totally believable as the character Belle. There were moments in the movie as well that just simply resonated with truth.
