Don't forget to check the ground connector from the wiper motor to the firewall

you have to go to your local dealer or junk yard and get a replacement wiper park switch. it feeds power for one more revolution after wipers are turned off.

just buy a new motor, the park switch is built inside.

If those ideas don't work then you probably need to have the linkages re-aligned.
