I am going in for my first papsmire tommorrow morning. I am not embarassed about being sexually active, or letting her know I am...but I'm just wondering if she would beable to know just by looking at my vagina. Does it look different in any way after you loose your virginity? The only reason I ask, is because I actually think that mine does.

Sex does not change your vagina in any way that can be really seen, especially by someone who does not see your vagina every day. Any small changes that you notice are because you are so intimatly aquainted with your own vagina.
It is also very likely that you are only noticing things about your genitals because you were not as concerned with them before you became sexually active.

While it is true that a woman may lose her hymen through intercourse, it is more likely that through normal activities it has already been signifgantly torn, or broken altogether before intercourse. Many women who are sexually active still have their hymen intact--it all depends on the woman. It is also possible that any given woman has a hymen so small or flexible that it never tears. In other words, the status of a woman's hymen in no way indicates whether or not she has ever been sexually active.

I hope you are not considering allowing your gynocologist to guess as to whether or not you are sexually active. There are many procedures that are not performed on women who have not yet had sex because they are not nessicary, but can be vital to a woman who is sexually active. Your gynocologist is there to make sure you are as safe as possible, and she cannot do that if you are not completely honest with her.

A doctor can tell if you're hymen has been broken/torn - which is a sign of lost virginity. But you could potentially tear your hymen by masterbation or an accident or something.
A doctor can also tell if you've given birth by the shape & size of the cervix (not that you asked about this specifically but I'd thought I'd pass it along).

She can tell if the hymen is missing. But that is not always an indication of sexual activity. If you are active you should tell the truth so she properly checks for disease. There are always possibilities even if you use a condom.
