By this, do you mean you have one computer with XP and another computer with ME on it. If this is the case, then it can't be done unless you erase Windows XP and Windows ME, and then install Windows 98. I'm not sure why you'd want to install 98 instead of XP since XP is much better.

I don't think you could install two or more kinds of operating systems in a computer. Plus, why would you still want Windows ME and 98? When you already have Win XP.

yes and no!!! you can't install an older OS (win'98) over XP.....if ur really serious and want win'98 as ur OS.....you will have to zero the hard drive (u will lose everything) and start fresh.
ps: if ur not a tech I wouldn't suggest u do this yourself

Why would you? You'd be going from day back to the dark.

Unless your machines aren't capable of running these OS's, I would keep them just as they are.

You weren't very precise with your question but you can put another operating system on a seperate partition on your hard drive.
