No, it was William Conrad who was on "Jake And The Fat Man". Dom Deluise did have a guest appearances on both Seaquest and 21 Jumpstreet both of which had his sons starring

Dom Deluise wasn't in any of the "Jake and the Fat Man" productions. I don't know which character you're referring to, but IMDB.com is a great resource for anything film/tv related. Below are two links to the productions and who starred in them, as well as a link to Deluise's profile and everything he did. I use this website all the time when my husband and I try to remember who did what.
