yup, it'd be a horizontal line going across the graph, hitting the y axis at -4 (underneath the 0 at the axis). this is because at all x coordinates, it is ALWAYS -4. there is no slope. (y = mx + b). so the slope is 0, therefore one straight line, and it is horizontal because b = -4, which is the y intercept. :) good lucuk w/ ur math~

It is a horizontal line 4 below 0. The reason it is this is because it does not matter what x is, y will always be -4. Y=+4 would be a horizonal line 4 above 0.
