Ibuprofen is the best- Motrin by name is the only drug that works for me.

Dont curl up into a ball, while you are having cramps go for a jog or a walk around the park, stay moving, helps with blood circulation. Also what helps me is rubbing a littel bit of tiger balm or icyhot on my lower stomach.

Lots of Advil helps me with cramps and lessens blood loss, too. If you're not already, I'd suggest going on the pill, especially one that you take all of the time so you don't get your periods anymore. (That's what I do)

If you're curling up in a ball from the pain, massage your thighs really hard. There's pressure points there.

i had horribel cramps too i mean crunched over in pain cramps so i got on the pill i never have cramps any more but try some camomill or ginger tea it helps relax your muscles it should help.or some warm milk with some sugar in it sounds yuck i know but try it you will love it. try sitting in a hot bath or hot tub for about 30 min and then laying down in any position you can stand. good luck i know sometimes it sucks being a gurl

When i get bad cramps i like to go take a nice hot bubble bath. The warm water will help them go away.

Ever try an ice pack or cold washcloth? It works great for me and fast too....just get comfy and put the cold where the cramps are and within no time they will subside...hope this helps..good luck :-)
