You need to get it some pig pellets. It depends on what you plan on doing with the pig. If its a pet then you don't need a growth formula. Go to a feed mill and they will give you the right food plan.

RE:
What do baby pigs eat?
We got it 2 days ago and it is 2 and a half months old. Right now we are feeding it lettuce and apples. Any other food for baby pigs? And no joking around

We always get ground chop pig feed from the elevator to feed our baby pigs. Then we mix a gallon of whole milk with it in a barrel. It smells real bad after a while but baby pigs love it and it has all the nutrients in it they need. Yes a pig will eat anything but be careful what you feed it a lot of stuff will cause it to get sick or get tape worms. Good luck with your new baby.

How old are they? What breed? Pots? (pot bellied pig) Need somemore info! Please. Well, they still need to be on with the mother. (if they are anywhere from 1-4 weeks (somewhere in there) When they are old enough to get weaned then go on a pellet or crushed corn blend. Pots are different. I would check with the feed stores, vet, or area farmers. I am not a pig guy but I have an Ag background- I can lead you in the right direction! I specialize in dogs, cows, chickens!

Feed them mash of cornmeal and milk, gradually add different foods into it. I don't think that lettuce has any nutrition in it for the pigs. I know that feed mills have pig chow if you want to go that way.

You can start by going to your local feed store and ask them what to feed a baby pig. You can also give it milk, and bread or you can start putting some milk on some dog food and let it soke in.

Check with your local "feed store" and they will sell you pig chow. Or call a vet and ask them. Also check your local library, or go online to Ask.com or google and look up info on pigs.
