You can download programming instructions for your Clicker keyapd at www.clickerproducts.com. The keypad you have is either a model CLK1, or the older model K3. The programming instructions are different for the two keypads. I would try the CLK1 instructions first, then the K3 instructions. If all else fails, call (800) 442-1255 for help. They will need to know the make and model of your actual garage door opener, too.

I had a similar problem when I purchased my house. Get a ladder and look at the motor cover... I, of course, didn't think of this. I purchased a new opener with all the bells and whistles and noticed the old motor housing had instructions when I was replacing it. This may not be the case with yours, but it's worth a look

The best thing I can tell you is to find the name of it and type it in your search bar and they should have instructions on the manufacture web site. Been there done that.
