Use shower gloves (walmart or target, only a couple bucks) and Caress body wash. Regular soap can dry out your skin. The shower gloves will exfoliate and remove dead skin leaving your skin soft and revealing your healthy skin. If you do you bar soap, use Ivory, it has no dyes or perfumes

Use St Ives exfoliator to make your skin smooth. Then follow up with a moisturizer of some kind. If you have oily skin, get a light one. Dry skin, use a heavier one.
