I made a mistake and misunderstood what my financial advisor meant. If I stop, wont the Irish Republican Army get angry with me?

A down market is the BEST time to make long-term investments. The long term return of the stock market, over 10 - 20 -30 years will CRUSH the returns on a CD. If you only fund your IRA during up markets, then your basis in all of your investments will be higher, resulting in a lower return for yourself. Unless you need the money in the next very few years (less than 3), fund the ROTH.

Maybe your financial advisor is an IRA agent.It is not a mistake you are a target to be as IRA's financial sponsor.You can stop it but you must aware that your advisor maybe has given your identity to IRA. IRA will angry with you.You must move to other place that is unknown by your financial advisor.You should change your financial advisor..

Now he won't give it back, the schmuck. And he's much scarier than those Irish Republicans. They're pretty happy if you just give them a Guinness.

no continue placing part of your paycheck each week or month. that IRA may be the only retirement you will have since those slackers in washington will be getting a hefty sum of money when they retire. they dont even pay social security.
