Seafood is good. A nice filet w/ bottle of red would be great. I really want a "can't miss" type dining experience.

Wow, there are some awful recomendations!! Try these places for the best food!!
Emeril's @ MGM-great sea food
Delmonico @ Venitian-fantastic atmosphere and steaks
SW Steak house @ Wynn Las Vegas-awesome steak and there is a "show" after 8pm in the lagoon outside the doors
The Paris Buffett @ Paris has awesome food crab legs and lots of other stuff
the cafe in the conservatory at the Bellagio is a great place for breakfast
Chololat is the Best place on the strip for desert

Top of the world is over priced and under quality
Olives I would AVOID under any circumstances

Hmm.... Each hotel offers an unforgettable experience.

Aqua or Olives @ the Bellagio
Cafe des Artistes or Eiffel Towel Restaurant (or even Le Village Buffet) @ Paris
Bouchon or Tao @ the Venetian
Bucaneer Bay Restaurant @ The Treasure Island
The Wynn Buffet @ Wynn
Neros or Bradley Ogden @ Caesar's
Aureoles or Rumjungle @ Mandalay Bay

I personally have tried these places. Very impressive. Take your pick. These places are very pricy, but worth the investment.

We had the buffet at the Luxor which was really good. every nation and the dessert area looked like a bakery. The Paris has fine dining and good food on top of the tower (which is also beautiful) but i would suggest reservations, it is the only way you can even get on the elevator to get up there.

I live in Vegas and anywhere on the strip is pricey and half the time totally not worth it if you want good seafood you should probably go to somewhere closer to a ocean but Mandalay Bay has a couple really good restaurant's and really really good wine :)

Benihana @ the Hilton. My husband and I have went many times and love it each time. They even have a sushi bar. They have the hibachi tables that are used for cooking right in front of you. I just love it.

I found this on the Las Vegas Hilton website:
"Benihana is the first name in exhibition-style, Japanese cuisine. Masterful chefs demonstrate their skills nightly on hibachi tables where a full-range of unique and traditional dishes are cooked to order. Sip authentic sake and listen to the sounds of gentle rains. You'll be surrounded by lush Japanese gardens, flowing ponds, exotic statuary and an authentic Torri Arch. Appetizers include fresh sushi, sashimi, and tekka-maki. Enjoy entrées like hibachi chicken, teriyaki steak and filet mignon, or step up to a combination dinner that pairs hibachi steak and king salmon or the ever-popular duo of hibachi steak and lobster tail. All entrees are served with a combination of fresh mushrooms, onion and zucchini. Hibachi shrimp, Japanese onion soup, Benihana salad with ginger dressing, steamed rice and green tea are also included with dinner. Both visitors and locals have voted Benihana one of the best restaurants in the city three years in a row in What's On Magazine.
Hours of Operation:
Sun-Fri: 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (10:30 p.m. last seating)
Sat: 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (10:30 p.m. last seating)
For reservations, please call 702-732-5755 "

I took my sister to the Eiffle Tower restaraunt in March for her birthday. The food was amazing, the wine list, extensive. The staff was very friendly, and they gave us a corner table with fantastic views of strip. It's expensive, but well worth the price. Sushi Roku, in Ceasars is also worth a trip. The sushi is the best I've ever had, and they also have a killer wine list. It is also $$$$$$ but worth every cent. Have fun!!!!
