No, but they will tell time differently as they move through space relative to each other.

There will always be a need for personal time devices. We live life in a very micro-managed fashion.

Also, Graeme C is correct. The earth moves about 2 inches closer to the sun every year/orbit.

In what way? As in fashion wise? I love my analogue watch to tell me the time!

If scientifically, then time will have to be changed at some point in the future as the days are slowly getting longer according to the scientists (very slowly!!)
