Why has Michael Jackson abused so may small boy's and not been punished?

Because he didn't do it!! There was never any evidence!! Don't you think being forced out of your home and your country is punishment enough?! He's also been punished for something he didn't do by having his reputation tarnished!!

I actually just finished reading the transcripts from the MJ case on thesmokinggun.com. I am pretty sure Michael was innappropraite-- viewing porn in front of the accusers (his 3 yr old son was reported to be in the room sleeping during the time). And making sexual jokes and getures in front of the accuser. (Heck, everyone may as well know his name is Gavin) Also, having a huge porn collection in easily accessable places. There is also proof that he had knowledge of the accuser's drinking, and that he stored alcohol in places easily accessable to children. Michael isn't the most mature or responsible person in the world, and he needs to understand that he can't do certain things in front of children. But child molestor? I'm not sure.

There are many things that are questionable. The 1993 accuser was able to describe Michael's genitals, but this doesn't neccssarliy suggest abuse. It is known that men who use urinals while standing side by side are able to sneak a peak. Maybe the 1993 accusser sneaked a peak in another way. As I said, Michael isn't very responsible or mature.

Lots of porn was found in Micheal's bedroom. But this pornography was of adult men and women. There is nothing illegal or abnormal about that. There were pictures of nude and semi-nude children, but the pictures didn't qualify as porn. These images were of girls and boys. There were no pictures of children in sexually compromised positions. Nude pictures of children did not feature genitalia, or could be seen as art. (example: a nude cherubic angel or indigenous nudity in National Geographic magazine)

The boys' story was sometimes inconsistent, and other times hard to prove. Michael's mattress was taken in for examination, and they found no evidence of sexual abuse. The accuser said Michael kept the boy's underwear after molesting him, that he supplied him with a new pair. The underwear was reportedly Hanes white breifs, size small. But everyone knows Micheal has a little boy, and the underwear could have been his. The underwear was clean, and again, no evidence of wrongdoing was found.

Overall, Mike is a weird guy. He apparently spends "quality time" in his bathroom, which was stocked with porn and several open bottles of liquor. He has an alarm to alert him if anyone is approaching his bedroom. But there just isn't enough evidence to convict. Michael may well have molested those boys, but if I were on the jury, I would feel wrong about sending him to jail with the above evidence.
