I am starting on September 5 and I don't know what I should wear, what to use on my face for makeup, and how to do my hair. Any suggestions?

(P.S. I am starting middle school this year.)

he best look for you is fresh, pretty and clean;
never harsh or overdone. Look for your most distinctive feature - your skin, lips, eyes or freckles - and play it up. The most important thing is that you should stand out, not your makeup.

You should check out this book, all you need to know about basic skincare and makeup at your age:

good luck!

Cute Stuff of Course!!! But you should probably wear something dressy and casual at the same time like a mini skirt with some leggings. For the shirt, don't overdue it so maybe a t-shirt with a saying on it or your favorite shirt.

For make-up, I wouldn't try to impress the guys or anything but maybe a light shade of what your wearing. Ex. If your wearing a hot pink, go for a light pink or baby pink. I usually don't use blush because I have rosy cheeks but don't make it look like you have a rash or something. Use brownish/black mascara which you can find in almost any brand and in any store that sells makeup. You should use a light pink lip gloss that barley shows its color but makes your lips shiny.

Good Luck in Middle School and hope this helps!

You are young and probably do not need a lot of make up, but if you really want to wear make up, keep it light and natural. For the clothes, just wear what you feel most comfy, while still feeling cute. Your hair leave it down and in case that does not work for you when you get to school, have a brush and some hair ties with you, just in case. Just keep in mind you do not need to go all out. The simple stuff always looks better, pick out something you really love put it on and stick with it.

I think you should wear a cute denim skirt (maybe a miniskirt if the dress code allows it) and a cute top Maybe a halter top or spaghetti straps or maybe a tube top. That's the kind of stuff I like to wear. I also think you should go to Kohl's or JC Penney's and pick out your outfit in the Junior's department.

But about makeup. You probably don't need alot because you are young. At your age you should probably put on foundation, powder, blush, light brown mascara, light eye shadow, and pink lip gloss. Use Maybelline. Maybelline makes the best affordable makeup. I use this line of makeup and love it.

I think you should curl your hair with foam rollers that you sleep in. Curly hair is my favorite style and foam rollers that you sleep in makes curls that last the longest.

Haha, i'm starting high school on that day! :)

Makeup-try not to wear much, just mascara and lip gloss? It be nice to show off your nice summer tan >:) make the other girls jealous! It's not really necessary to wear makeup, unless you regularly do.

Clothes-DO NOT, i say, DO NOT, wear an designer, or ultra-trendy clothes one day and wear t-shirt and jeans combo...people won't have a very good impression on you...
Make sure to follow your school's dress codes, and wear apporiate shoes at p.e!

Hair-Make sure it's clean, and keep it maintained/nice and groomed. If you have problems with your hair, you might want to visit your stylist and ask for help.

A few more tips-be sure to keep your nails clean! Dirty nails aren't very pleasant...wear a clear coat or a french manicure.

Don't try to force yourself into wearing a tight miniskirt, besides from wearing something nice, wear something you also like. Just because the girl next door wears a pair of booty shorts[ DO NOT WEAR THAT TO SCHOOL!], doens't mean you have to.

Also, don't set your wallet on fire if you can't afford expensive clothing. Brands are just brands, and yes, I know alot of kids make fun of people if they don't wear Louis Vuritton. Just wear what you enjoy, and don't pressure yourslef.

haha hope this helps! :)
have fun in school!
by the way, what school are you going to and what grade?
(i live in vanouver, canada, so i'm going to grade eight! :)

Middle school is a bit early for worrying about make-up but if your parents have already oked it then go very light as in no eyeliner and very soft blush and eyeshadow. Lipstick is too much at your age so a tinted lipgloss would be better.
Hair is best worn out of your face so as not to distract you from your work or get in your line of sight. Cute hair clips can make it more stylish. If it is short just keep it natural so as not to be a distraction for you or anyone else.

If you wanna look cute and nice, and maybe a little girly, you should either wear, a skirt, or a desighn good looking pants. For shirts, you could wear, a shirt that is a little tight on th waist, or maby a matching shirt that goes with your pants\skirt, or a a plain shirt that is your color. You shouldn't wear makeup to school, but if you want to I would just put on lip gloss and eye liner. For your hair, you could make it creative, or just a plain ponytail, but it still looks nice. But why don't you braid your hair or two braided ponytails. If you don't like my advice, then just try to look nice on the first day of school.

Wear something simple and comfortable but pretty, don't over-do your makeup, maybe some lipgloss and a little (not alot you don't want clumps) mascara, and if you really want, a little powder (but deff not too much). Just leave your hair down, and if it's too hard to manage do this for a really cute bun/updo/ponytail in seconds.

1.) Put your hair up in a high, smooth ponytail

2.) Twist the ponytail upwards and clip it up so that some of your roots are laying ontop of your head, it looks really cute and is totally easy. Works best w/ curly hair.

On your first day of school you don't want to look like you are wearing the best clothes you scored school shoppng everybody always wears the first new outfits in the first two weeks, to get noticed wear minimul make-up so yu look fresh and not overdone. Wear somthing that's cute and comfortable and mix your new clothes in with your existing wardrobe you'll look like you have more outfits by mixing it up!!! Have a GREAT year!!!

Wow, middle school, cool!! Well, wear something comfortable for you, something that you like and that you aren't dying in. And pick some eyeshadow that matches what clothing you wear, and may be add a bit of light pink blush, and mascara if you like. But, just be yourself and have fun, people should like you for who you are and not what you look like, make yourself feel good! =) Have a great first day!
