check on statutory rape it can be used with girls don't know bout the boys but i would check on that. Call the police dept and child welfare and have a DNA done sounds like this girl is a player, I would cover all these issues just start calling everyone asking questions and go from there. But most important have DNA testing done to make sure shes not lying about your son being the father!!! Take action now don't wait!!!!!!!!!!!

man, that is not cool at all. I watch the news and see so many similiar cases involving the teachers who mess around with their young students and forgive me for saying this but it is sickening., what do these older women see in these young boys?what on earth can they do for them, i mean seriously this has to stop and i really feel for the mother who is worrying herself silly over this matter. She should definitely call the courthouse in her city or go down there to see if there is anything she can do about it. But i must say, its going to be an emotional battle because now there is a baby involved. God bless them all.

Sure she can press charges he is a minor and still under his mothers care until he's 18. Tell her to press charges cause that is just sick for someone that knows better to take advantage of a child like that.

If the age of consent in TX is 16 or higher, the woman can be charged with statutory rape. Find out the law, then call the police.
That should get her out of your son's life, but please try to get custody of your grandchild and be there for the baby - it's still your grandchild.

She should contact social services or the police, not sure. The sex was illegal. Probably would have to wait for either birth or abortion to do a DNA test to prove unless she admitted it. He will probably be liable for the child's care, such as custody if she goes to jail, or child support if she were to have custody, but I think she needs to be charged.

Yes, that is very illegal! I believe that would fall under statutory rape. Contact your local police dept. Having sex w/a minor is illegal in any state.
