Well, this is sort of a trick question, isn't it? I mean, both actors were featured in "Heat," and there WAS a scene where the two of them "met" at a remote diner, but...unless I'm very much mistaken, they were NEVER in the same shot simultaneously.
Not really accurate to say that they "acted in a scene together," if they're never actually seen listening and responding to one another. For all we know, they weren't even sitting together while the various shots were being filmed.

It is Heat.
They have only starred in 2 movies together:
Heat and The Godfather pt.2
The Godfather was roles at different time periods. DeNiro as young Vito Corleone (1920s) and Pacino as an older son, Micheal Corleone (1950s).
Heat was opposite each other with Val Kilmer. They were not in the same scene until much later in the film when Pacino's character finds out that Deniro 's character is the guy he is after. Pacino is chasing DeNiro through the property of an airport.
