Dont go thru Cancun as they have video cameras of people getting off the plane and continuing on to the states. Its best to leave from a smaller city with a connection via a larger city to get there.

usualy it is a place out of mexico that you can get there from. but post 9/11 it is a very tough ticket. they were at one point getting close to 40k people a year and that number has shrunk to 3500 post 9/11. try a google, i think the article was in a Cigar Affic. or Playboy... can't remember, but it is possible to get there somewhat legaly...

dont even worry about it. illegal mutha fuc*ers walk right in like they own the place everyday. your better off not tryin to be sneaky about it when u come back. thats when they will get u. if u walk accros the border calmly with a big ol mexican flag on your back. you should be just fine

if your passport is stamped by Cuban authorities you be in trouble when you get back to the states. also if they do not stamp your passport don't even think of bring in Cuban cigars they are illegal in the states.
