Yes, but not legally and not all weapons.... you'd better check first dude. And if you're on paraole, you should probably stay away from guns anyway.

Depends on the state. If you were on a felony rap, you need to apply to the governor of your state to have that and voting rights re-instated.

if you have been convicted of a crime where you COULD have been jailed for more than a year, or convicted of domestic abuse, then you can never legally own a gun again.
