Yes, but not legally and not all weapons.... you'd better check first dude. And if you're on paraole, you should probably stay away from guns anyway.

~In most states, mere possession of a firearm by a convicted felon is at least a misdemeanor. Parole has nothing to do with it. Too many uncertain variables in your question to answer it as a question of law. However, my cousin Bulldog has a used gun business and, if you've got the bucks, you can buy the bang. You can find him on the corner of Park Ave. and 173rd most Saturday mornings between 3:00 and 5:30 a.m. Just set up a meet through one of his ladies.

Depends on the state. If you were on a felony rap, you need to apply to the governor of your state to have that and voting rights re-instated.

if you have been convicted of a crime where you COULD have been jailed for more than a year, or convicted of domestic abuse, then you can never legally own a gun again.
