5+5+1= 546
Take the vertical line from the plus
5+5-1
put it between 54 and 6
54 / 6
5+5-1=9
54/6 =9

Change the "+" sign in between the 5+5 to number four (4)

So, it would become like this :

545 + 1 = 546
