It depends on your body. I was on Ortho Evra, stopped taking it, and got pregnant less than 2 weeks later. My best friend was on Ortho Tricycline for the last 6 years, stopped taking it, and got pregnant 2 weeks later. She was also taking anti-biotics at the time as well. So who knows how long it might have taken if she didn't use the anit-biotics. Could have been a couple more weeks, could have a couple of months. If you want to plan your baby for conception in December, I suggest using an alternate form of birth control until that time. If you just want to be pregnant by December, then stop taking it, and have at it. Good luck and have fun!! =)

It's possible to get pregnant immediately after stopping the pill (hey, some women even get pregnant on it, right?) Many women will take a few months for their cycles to regulate. There's no guarantee that you'll be pregnant by December; regardless of birth control, it can take a healthy couple up to a year to conceive. But the birth control is already out of your system and you can start trying any time.

Every females body is different and it all depends on how long you were on birth control and how fast your body releases what's left of the hormones still left in your body. Of course there is still a chance of pregnancy right now however doctors recommend waiting a few months after getting off birth control to give your body time to get rid of the hormones lowering your babies health risk. Ortho has a low dosage of hormones so it shouldn't take you long to get out of your system. I should think the pill should be out of your system by December. Good luck.

Yes, since the pill contains very little hormone (and that is the reason why it has to be taken on a daily basis), it will be out of your system within 48 to 72 hours, which shall be proved by periods that you shall have. December is a long way off and maybe you will require something else till December if you want to concieve only in December.

The irony is that mutually as such countless women circulate off the pill to aim and get pregnant, it takes months as much as a twelve months. With some women, they do no longer decide for to get pregnant, pass ONE pill and land up pregnant in 2 weeks. it is purely been 3 months, supply it some greater months earlier being traumatic. additionally check out taking cost of your fertility. it is an rather stable e book.
