I'm the designated person to deliver this envelope of cash - I want to buy a nice condolance card to put it in. Do I put each giver's name in the card, or just put "from your office family"? Thanks for legit answers!

My main question is: do I disclose the names of those who contributed? We are also giving food & flowers, but I'm in charge of delivering the cash and want to do what's right!

I think that you can have the people who give cash, to sign their name, some may say a few words, some may not, but when the card is given with the cash, it will be comforting to see the signatures, along with kind words in the card,

good luck

Is the cash to help with funeral costs? I don't understand why you wouldn't give flowers or something of that nature, but if cash is the way you are going, definatley get a card.

When my mom died my co-workers gave me some money in a cad. Each person signed the other side and put their condolence messages on it. It's been almost 10 years, and I still have that card.

I wouldn't give anything. And you shouldn't feel obligated. Flowers and a card is adequate.
