I admit we have our mood swings like women though. However, sometimes it could be caused or made worse by the women in our lives.

I think that men aren't all that much different from women, negligible differences, really. The whole brain chemistry/hormone things everyone blames everything on they don't really understand. Have you ever heard of irritable male syndrome--it really exists--typically happens to older men who don't get it enough, I guess. When my wife is in the PMS part of her cycle I try to be as accommodating as possible without being condescending--you know how it is. Most of that time she just doesn't want me around. But then again, I've read that some women are the most horny right before they get their period--? Whatever. The more we know the less we understand. All knowledge is a single point which the ignorant have multiplied. Your question is a good one and bucks the tradition of "men as pillars of emotional steadfastness" assumption. I think the president should be a 32 year old single mom--the world would be a whole heck of a lot different--probably much saner than what it is now. Take care.

Surprisingly , They do have PMS and it is short for Poor Me Syndrome. It is often followed with weight gain and the urge to cry but having that much testosterone in their bodies they do not have the capacity to cry so they feel sorry for themselves. The best and only known cure is to send them on a three day hunting trip with buddies.

Actually if you research it, you will discover that scientists are discovering that men just like women have cycles up to and including menopause. So yes, they can have PMS and as a sister of 5 men I can tell you I definitely agree with you.

...they sort of do...without all the bleeding etc.....Just as in women, men can suffer from the effects of 'estrogen dominance.' Estrogen dominance (as it is sometimes referred to) is the result of an over-abundance of estrogen and estrogenic substances in the food we eat and in our modern environment. Research shows that estrogen dominance is a significant factor in both prostate cancer and breast cancer....and can also lead to varying levels in testosterone , this is what causes the changes in behavior in men frequently....Gr1m

wow you are adorable and have green eyes like myself miss....men actually go through a sort of "pms" thing where their tesotsterone is at a low and the body is producing more....it gives us a real short temper and extra sensative to where we will snap....most men have it more than others though
