yeah. just don't swallow it, don't brush your teeth right before using it as the astringent effect of the toothpaste will irritate your mouth, also don't leave it on your gums too long. there is a really cheap the most awesome gel whitener called uhhh Dr. Georges you can get it at wal-mart for like 6 bucks, it'll last you 5 months, but the first time you use it you can see a big difference. and essentially all it is is peroxide, only the bubblers are much smaller and can get into more pores in your teeth.

There is peroxide in Crest Whitening Toothpaste, it says it on the front of the bottle in big letters. To be on the safe side, I would just use a toothpaste that already has peroxide in it, because it might be unsafe to use a wrong amount.

PS- Regular toothpaste (NOT WHITENING) can also be used for clearing up acne-- it works!

First, before doing anything, consult your dentist.

I'd dilute the 3% hydrogen peroxide (I assume that's what you meant) with 2 parts water to 1 part HP at first. Slowly building up to full 3% HP.

"The Food and Drug Administration has approved 3% hydrogen peroxide ("Food-Grade," or without added chemical stabilisers) as a mouthwash. Most over-the-counter peroxide solutions are not, however, suitable for ingestion."

Repeat as quickly as each and every week until you have wanted consequences. as quickly as tooth are white, cut back this to as quickly as each and each month or 2.
