What are some good animal rights groups?

I know of PETA, but they are a bit too extreme for me.

I agree try ASPCA-they are more moderate than PETA
yet do an awsome job

USPCA or RSPCA depending on where you live

FOE, friends of the earth..er, Greenpeace at a push...i dunno actually, just things like the RSPCA, but thats only for us Brits..
