Joe Cocker- With A Little Help From My Friends
if you like country
Earl Thomas Conley and Keith Whitley- Brotherly Love
Sly and The Family Stone- Family Affair
Red Hot Chili Peppers- Brothers Cup
I think this one would be perfect
Rolling Stones- Let It Bleed
or this one
Led Zeppelin-Good Times, Bad Times
here are some more I thought of.....I don't know some of these aren't exactly songs about "brotherhood" but more so songs that would just go with the theme of having a timeline sort of slidshow
Pink Floyd- The Gold It's In
Queen- Best Friend
Tenacious D- Friendship

Kodachrome by Paul Simon. It goes good with Video Editing, and has some "guy" imagery.
Style has a song called "My Brother"
Ying Yang Twins has a song called "Me & My Brother"
Neil Diamond has "He's Not Heavy, He's My Brother"
Rufus Wainwright also did that song.
Blessid Union of Souls has "Brother, My Brother"
Aaron Neville has "My Brother, My Brother"
Alice in Chains and Dark New Day both have songs called "Brother"
Abba has a song "He Is Your Brother"

THE HOLLIES lyrics - "He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother"
(B. Scott and B. Russell) came out around mid 1970's
The road is long
With many a winding turn
That leads us to who knows where
Who knows when
But I'm strong
Strong enough to carry him
He ain't heavy, he's my brother
So on we go
His welfare is of my concern
No burden is he to bear
We'll get there
For I know
He would not encumber me
He ain't heavy, he's my brother
If I'm laden at all
I'm laden with sadness
That everyone's heart
Isn't filled with the gladness
Of love for one another
It's a long, long road
From which there is no return
While we're on the way to there
Why not share
And the load
Doesn't weigh me down at all
He ain't heavy, he's my brother
He's my brother
He ain't heavy, he's my brother...
Cher, Neil Diamond and Rufus Wainwright also did versions of it.

It's a bit soft, but the very best impact on a video of old memories is "Through the Years" by Kenny Rogers. Always a crowd pleaser.

Lean on Me has been on every single one of those picture dvds that I've seen. Seems to fit almost any occasion.
