I've tryed looking in its original department of motor vehicicals, but it was no help. Also the person who sold it to me passed away a few years back. I have its identifcation number, but still, how do I find it original owner or dealer?

find a camaro car club. but you will have to get alot of that info from chevy and its not an easy task. also look under or behind the back seat for a build sheet, that could help

you can get original build sheets from GM which will tell you what dealer ordered it and what options it came with. Then call the dealer(if they are still around) and see what they can do
