Disney movies. There's simple themes, bright colors, soft lines, happy songs, and nothing too disturbing to trip you out. Watch a disney movie and you'll be alright by the end. What kind of seed was it?

If you don't know what the "freaky seed" was you need to go to the Emergency Clinic. If possible, take one with you for them to look at and compare to their poison control manual.
Any possibility it could be Datura, aka Angel's Trumpet? If so, one seed won't do any real harm but you may hallucinate for an hour or two. Datura's seed is an irregular black oval, less than 1/8" in length.
