Mixed with A1, Diced Red Onion, Worchestire Sauce, Garlic Salt, Salt, Pepper. Form 1/2 # Patties and cook on medium heat over coals.
Add your choice of toppings - A red onion/mayo sauce works well on these along with pepperjack cheese.
Yummy!

I have to have them Rare and with cheddar cheese.
jalapeno ketchup, jalapeno mustard, onion and pickles(on the side). Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!

I like them medium rare, like my steaks. I don't want any tomatoes or cheese on them, but catsup, pickles, mustard (yellow) are fine.
