I believe they were deeply saddened by those losses, like everyone else, but were there to serve. Being in a business that makes money from death, does not mean that you are a death-monger. For the most part, I have known them to be professional at all times.

what a silly question of course i am happy im only praying that the next plane has you on board or lucky still the next plane that crash lands right on your home when your mom and dad and the whole family are home . i promsie to stuff you and them in one box to minimise cost . stop glorifying death no one with a hart looks to natural disasters as a way to profit infact some funeral directors in new your donated there services for free and there are funeral homes in oklahoma that are stilled owed by families after the timothy mackvay disaster there and thats been years so stop glorifying death ok bud or i promise you i will bury you with your head up your a.ss.

They are in a business where tragedy means good business. It's a double edged sword for them, because while they mourn with the rest of the nation, they are also aware that this will increase sales.

probably a good mix of both they are still human but are also still business minded people and death is a great business you never
run out of clientele !
