Theres nothing you can do, all you can do is when someone asks about it tell them the truth. In time everyone will know your are not pregnant.

She might not be your friend if she said something like that. You can pretend it didn't happen and go about your business. Eventually people will see that you aren't pregnant. The only issue is that if this girl wants to hurt you she could make up more rumors, like abortion or miscarraige.
I am sorry that people can be so hurtful to one another. If you care about her, tell her how she has hurt you. Maybe she's sorry and wants to make it up to you. The worst thing that could happen is you'll lose a friend, and who needs friends who spread rumors about you?

The beauty about this kind of lie is that it is disprovable. Just pretend she never said it, and when you don't have a baby everyone will eventually know that she is a liar.
You might want to ask your friend why she would do such a thing, and find a new friend

OMG If my friend did that, that would be the end of our friendship. I'm not about to have friends that make up lies to the whole school. And about the pregnant rumor, just ignore it, if you pretend like you don't care, then after awhile people will forget about it, cause they do it to bug you, so if you act like it doesn't they'll stop.

I wouldn't worry too much. If your not then people will see for them selves and if you are then it's no one but your business anyway. But after a week or two people tend to have something new to gossip about. And shes not much of a friend to tell stuff like that.

well if you still in school and she said that . wouldn't it be obvious if you're pregnant it will show? you can't really hide your pregnancy. also why don't you defied in her and straighten it out before it get out of hand. if she is your best friend she would spread lie like that. get a new friend. you don't need that type of baggage around. high school itself is stressful enough, right?

i would drop her as a friend... are you pregnant or was that a lie??? if your not pregnant everyone will just forget about it in a couple days or so or drop it when they dont see you getting fatter
