Going to New Zealand next year with stop over in Hong Kong on the way there and Sydney on the way back. Immunisation sites seem to suggest that i may need a hepatitis b jab for NZ but would I also need to be immunised for anything else for the brief time I'm in the other countries?

I know I have to see my doctor for the jabs, what I really want to know is if anyone has made the trip or any other stop offs where they've had to be immunised even if they're only going to be in a country for a v short space of time, i.e. a couple of hours?
