There have been two so far that have name it to the NHL. Unfortunatly neither of them were that good. That goalie would have owned the AHL, but the talent in the NHL is huge compaired to the rest of the leagues.

Already been done I think she was a goalie but I could be totally wrong but I know that there was a women in the NHL at one time
