Man I missed a Live drapth and I didn't rank my players now I have good WR but Terrible RBs
I had Duckett, Greg Jones, and Curtis Martin :(

I don't see any reliable RBs in the FA pool. not even Norwood, or mike bell
So out of these RBs who do I pick up

Cedric Houston
Cornell Bulchalter
Wali Lundy
Duce Staley
Michael Pittman
Michael Turner
Brian Jacobs or
Lydell Betts

I kno I'm doomed

Wow, sorry, that sucks.

Well, grab Lundy for starters. He will start and have every chance to keep the job. Kubiak installed zone blocking there, so he should be decent.

Betts might buy you a week or two until Portis is healthy. But, he's banged up too.

Brandon Jacobs is probably your next best bet. He'll spell Tiki, and he's a TD vulture.

Is Travis Henry available? He might get some carries for the Titans.

You'll need some luck, and hope to grab a backup for someone injured.

eeeeeeeeek try trading a good reciver for a good rb and both greg jones and curtis martin are done (injured) for the year. Duckett wont start. pick up cedric houston if u must which u kinda do but u got to make a serious trade for atleast a rudi johnson type. Good luck

Greg Jones is done for the year. Lundy and Betts have the greatest chance of getting playing time. Dom Davis could be in rough shape, so Lundi is a good pickup. Betts makes sense since you have Duckett.

If Vernand Morency and Maurice Drew are available, they could help as well.

Your best bet is to trade one of your WR's in order to upgrade.

I would go with Jacobs and Lundy. They are both good RBs with a good chance of getting time this year. Lundy should be in early because Davis is still not 100% and Tiki Barber is ready to break down sooner or later....

well......I would take a flyer on the following backs and pray for good fortune......Buchalter is running well for the first time in two years and looked good to me in preseason........eagles westbrook is not a pure RB so buchalter could get some workload

Staley is also a good question mark as Bettis is gone and parker is all that is ahead of him

Laurence Maroney if available could get some reps for pats

I would also scan the other teams and see who is especially vulnerable at wr and you may be able to upgrade that way

Houston first, he is projected to end up the main ball carrier out of the committee. Buckhalter could emerge, but who knows on him. Michael Turner could be a big payoff if LT goes down, he will see increased carries anyways to save LT. Duce is busted IMO. Your not quite doomed. Go with Houston to replace Duckett at least.

Wali Lundy. You are right, you are doomed. Take Lundy out of this ugly bunch because he has impressed coach Kubiak out in Houston. Also, he is the backup to a broken back in Davis.

Lundy, Buckhalter and Turner.

Davis won't be back --> Here comes Lundy

Buckhalter --> Westbrook is a fragile flower

Turner --> If LT goes down, whoever has this guy has HUGE trade bait/ starting material....plus he gets some goal line.

well all of those are bad options, Bulchalter is probly the best choice, but if Gore or Maroney are options get one of them. Also, try trading a good WR for a RB
