No. It is still cheating. And, he will still feel humiliated, rejected, disrespected, and cast aside. It might even be worse for him since he will probably blame himself.
There's a lot more to lovemaking than an erect penis. His mouth, hands, voice, and heart still work. There are any number of ways for him to please you. And, erection is not required for male orgasm. You may be able to please him.
If you can't live with the situation or learn to make it better, then end it cleanly and respectfully. Don't make him feel like cr-p by cheating on him. You wouldn't want to feel that way would you?
Furthermore, if you take a lover, the marriage will most likely end even if he doesn't find out. As you learn to fulfill your needs outside the marriage, you will stop loving him.

No, it is never okay to cheat on your husband even if he has medical problems. Through sickness and in health you know those vows that you took, honor them or get out of the marriage completely. If all his part are not working and they are important to you than you both need to be free to be with people that will appreciate you two.

You have to answer that question for YOU. You are the one who has to deal with whatever choice you make. For ME, the answer would be NO! I would try to work things out first. Let him know what you need him to do in order to please you. He can't read your mind. Ask for what you want! If that did not work, for me, then we would depart from each other. I could not cheat. I would rather dissolve the relationship first.

This has got to be one of the coldest, nasty question I have ever seen on here............You don't love the man, you have no respect for him and certainly no compassion.
Rather than break the guy any more than he already is, leave him and go F anyone you want.....Just hope you enjoy sex that much.............You are such a brainless wonder....

Sure. If it is best friend that is even better. Make sure you take pictures so he can appreciate them.
