You want to help her? Be a good friend and stop judging her. It is not your place to say whether she looks good or not. Focus on making yourself over.

I had a friend like that. Instead of telling her, I invited her over and dressed her up in my clothes, did her hair and make up. Just act like you love her hair and want to try and fix it and you love her face and want to try and make it up and turn it into a "You're so beautiful, I want to see how beautiful I can make you" type of thing.

Be cautioned though, I did this with one girl, who was suppose to be my best friend and then when she got popular, she ditched me. LOL the jokes on her though, because popular in that school, meant you were a redneck. Look who's laughing now lol

Secretly nominate her for TLC's What Not to Wear. Stacey and Clinton are wonderful in changing people's lives. To find the fan web site just search for "TLC'S what not to wear get on the show."
