I'm 23, and there's a 55 yr. old man stalking me (online). He keeps saying I make him feel warm, and asking me where I live, and saying he wants to meet me. He just won't leave me alone.

just block him from your buddy list or whatever kind of list he's on.

If he's stalking you via email, you can block his email address. Go to your email providers security or junk mail settings to do this.
If he's stalking you by IM, again you can block him from IMing you by adding his email to your block list.
Never give him your personal details such as full name, or where you live, and don't meet up with him.
